Effect:
Target any number of your banished “Toon” cards, and/or banished cards that mention “Toon World” (even if they are face-down, but reveal them to your opponent in that case), and pay 100 LP times the number of targeted cards; shuffle them into the deck. Then, if you control “Toon World”, draw a number of cards equal to the number of unused Main Monster Zones on your side of the field, but not more than the number of cards shuffled into the Deck from this card’s effect. Reveal the cards you drew to your opponent, and Special Summon any Toon monsters that you drew with this card’s effect, ignoring their Summoning conditions, but they cannot attack this turn. Also shuffle the rest back into your Deck. You can only activate 1 “Return to Toon World” per turn.
Trivia/Notes:
● Using Toon Kingdom results in a lot of your cards getting banished. This card can help you get those cards back if they mention "Toon". Not only that, but you can get the chance to Special Summon some Toon monsters while you're at it!
