keep the sketch lines, they actually give the pic an abstract component, which makes it look very neat.
also, you might wana fiddle with contrast to make it stand out abit.

That is awesome! You should really ink the rest of the wolf/canid with a thinner line to make it look more complete, though I do like the outline ink with the sketchy inside as well. 
Love the perspective of those back legs, and the outstretched front really caught my attention. Well done.

Thank you! I would probably ink it with a thinner line but I have the biggest issues with that. Recommend any markers that have an extremely thin point? I can't seem to find a decent one.

Grab some micron pens. They come in very thin lines, its what I ink with.
Your nearest art suppy or hobby lobby store will have microns. Invest in a 005 or 01 size. They have nice crisp smoothe thin lines for inner details. :3 Their about 2 something dollars a peice.
