The SpaceWorld 97 demo of Pokemon Gold and Silver features a ton of unused Pokemon, some would serve the basis for future evolutions in Gen 4, others would become different Pokemon or fall to obscurity like this little idiot, Animon.

Animon is the evolved form of Ditto, he evolves when you trade Ditto while Metal Coat is equipped... Despite this, Animon isn't a Steel Type, it's still Normal.

I just like it because of its stupid face, it just looks like it's screaming in agony

Metal Coat makes Steelix and Scisor powerful... Animon is suffering because of it, So sad...

Funny, the Pokemon that actually suffer are the Mega Evolutions

I can understand it for some lines because they have a theme going (Magikarp with the aforementioned legend, Remoraid with being weapons, and Feebas with the ugly duckling gig), but I can't put two and two together with beta Porygon2. Definitely one for the back of the PC.
