I started off redesigning Molly, but ended up creating something completely different. Salukis are one of my favourite breeds so I figured it'd be nice to have an oc that is one. I'm questioning whether or not to keep the name Molly for this character (I'm scrapping the old design either way) or think of a new name.I just really want a decent female character but I'm so shit at writing personalities and backstories for female ocs and idk why.

I love Salukis too and they make great characters! I'm the same; I struggle to make good backstories for female OCs as well. My X-Men: Evolution OC is the only one I've done a half decent story with lol!

Well Love, I've been looking at your art for a long time but sadly don't know enough to comment much about Molly. I do think the character here looks lovely, I love the concept of the ears & hair. If you're scrapping the old design & you like this current one I feel you should go for it!~ After all you can always change it if you're unhappy. I hope you find what you're looking for Love, either way this is beautiful~!

Molly wasn't well developed AT ALL. So I don't blame you for knowing nothing about her! I definitely like this design better and i'm glad you like it too!!
I think I'll try and work with this character more and hopefully come up with something good.

I recognize a good few of your characters but Molly never came to mind sadly so I really was clueless. It's always satisfying making a design you like and it sure is different Love! I've always been a sucker for interesting concepts. ^^

Molly was an antelope character, I made her quite some months ago then only drew her a few times before realising she didn't really work for me (im on mobile so I can't link any old pics)
