It was never enough for Legio Titanium, they wanted to show the Imperium and Chaos that they are superior, that they more powerful than anyone in the galaxy. So they created more titans, titans that use weapons far beyond creation, titan that use the Warp itself as a weapon, titans to capture other titans and finally the War-Dominator Titan. A Terra-class titan that's fives times the size of an Emperor titan and outfitted with weapons to take on the entire galaxy itself.
