I apologize to all my watchers for being inactive. I tried -.- But then school started... and stuff, you know.Also, I finally got to reading Death Note and got so depressed after reading the 58 chapter that I couldn't even draw.
I seriously don't understand, how can any author let such a brilliant character just die in the middle of the series... I just... can't get over it. No, srsly. I really loved the begining, but then BAM!... anyway, sorry for being so depressing.
So, I figured I need to draw L, thus, here he is :3 (hopefully not the last one)

Well I was also very disappointed when L died but if you read forward in sure you will like the rest I know I did your art is very good we shall miss you L

His death was sad, but it was fitting... killed by his only "friend"... kinda poetic if you think about it.

Well, my opinion is it was kind of silly killing off one of the best characters when the series was only in the middle; especially when there weren't that many characters whatsoever. I dont know, maybe I am just oldfashioned? I'm pretty sure though that many people lost interest afterwards, including me sadly.
Also, I think it was pretty dramatic even before L died, I've never read such a disturbing manga as this before (though I'm obviously in no place to judge here, as I haven't read that many as of yet T-T).
I can't deny the moment was really well written/drawn though. :3

I guess you're right, the second half just wasn't the same without him... I would have liked it if he died closer to the end after the introduction of Near and Mellow, but regardless, he had to die; it would have been sht if he didn't.

Yeah, I actually couldn't bring myself to reading the second half yet, so I can't judge, though I guessed that much. Had I been the author I think I wouldn't be able to let him die... dying closer to the end would be a bearable alternative though ^^
