It was high time for a new ID. I know I've been incredibly lacking in uploading art or uploading at all, this is because I am still recovering from graduating. It really takes a LOT out of you. I'm doodling though.

This photo is from a shoot last week, and I really adored my outfit and makeup. As well as the people, as always. My look is a group effort of students in a design class, I believe their group is called IBW Wakayama. They were taught by Lisa Yamasaki of J's Hair Studio, a person and company I work for several times a year whom I've come to greatly respect. But more on them in the near future.

The students were also taught by makeup artist Satya Linak the day prior [something I was also a part of] and this photo was taken by Saryn Chrstina Photography.

The shoot was a small affair which is unusual, but I think it had to do with the students having to fly to San Francisco the next day for a hair competition. My outfit was very vintage and reminiscent of spring, which I think was incredibly appropriate not only because we're in the middle of the season but because of the sense of revitalising, renewing, and change that is surrounding me right now. I think that is why I was so easily able to keep a subtle smile on my face, because that isn't always the case.

I usually don't see much of the photos from shoots I do, which is the only unfortunate part. If I do get them they're usually not HD so I don't believe I'll be uploading much more from this shoot on DA. But if I get enough maybe I'll feature the in a journal. I do have a few quality pictures from a certain special trip that happened just last month, but that is a topic all its own I'll touch on in the near future.
