The moment I saw this, I stopped looking elsewhere. That for sure is an indication of the impact, but as I am totally a perfectionist, at the same time you had to score 5 stars for technique and you did.
The almost all blue definitely works, as do the dark corners, that help to steer the eyes through the image.
Your subject was worthy: uncanny canopies! The light is perfect, darkening towards the back. The sharpness from the front to the back suggest reality, while the content screams: out of this world.
Vision I find in seeing what this gas station needed to really stand out. It wasn't found this way, but crafted this way. Many gas station images depict the gas station (duh...), here you let this float in blue, adding the foreground and an equal amount of sky.
It is this floating, dreamlike effect and coloring that gives you the stars for Vision and Originality.
As a non critique note: need I tell you I adore this image?

It seems odd that the pump stations butt up against a lawn. Meaning cars would have to back out after filling up instead of just driving straight out like you would expect to.
