Should've posted this a while ago, seeing as I finished it this morning.

Basically my idea for this guy is that he's ex-Blackwatch, and in fact was one of the men who shot the original Alex Mercer in Penn Station. He got out once he discovered how unbelievably inhumane they and Gentek really were. As of the events of Prototype 2 he is residing in Chicago when the Blacklight variant, or Mercer virus, somehow manages to start infecting the populous there. Louis gets infected somehow and becomes a new Prototype. The government and Blackwatch soon see him as the cause of the outbreak, and Louis is forced to fight for his life against men and infected alike, while trying to discover the truth behind the spread of the Mercer virus.
