I have been wanting to mess around with my concept for the Tissoplastic Utahraptor. Seems they have wandered into a place they don't belong. Unlucky day for a lone Mercenary. This was done in Photoshop CC and took about 11 hours to complete. This is a fan concept for the game The Isle. The Tisso strain, as far as we know has been scrapped in favor of something else.
