Another request I got for that Color Palette Meme~!And again I was surprised to be asked for a character from my The White Tower.
Even more surprising was that I was asked for Cotton; if anyone was gonna ask for a TWT character I always assume it'd be Simone. 
It was awesome to draw Cotton again, I can't remember the last time I drew him.
