It's A Wonderful Life is actually a movie I only properly watched a few years ago. It was pretty awesome to watch it as an adult though, and never as a kid. Deeper appreciation for it that way~ It's a beautiful film.

I could never watch this movie in color. It would ruin the art of black and white and how it's already beautiful on it's own. Love this beautiful drawing you did

And yeah, I'm VERY against the coloring of black and white films. They were filmed in black and white, and to change it changes the effect of the filming. Not cool.

It's probably a great one to grow up with, but there's a lot going on that a little kid wouldn't really understand.

Especially a child that is unaware of history. Not saying that children don't learn history, but certain social norms and practices are in older movies, that you wouldn't find in today's movies, or at least movies set in a modern time. Like George working at a drug store growing up. Most children don't know that drug stores used to be like a mix between diner and pharmacy.
