Description Another commission! A little late to the party, but this one is for Patrick W. Phillips, of his character known Otto. I've worked with Phillips before, so it was nice to visit with the world of Peter and Iona (their story) again.

This guy is a nice chubby fellow~ I don't know too much about him, but I love his hat.
