I adore Ratigan. He's so wonderful. We haven't had a villain with his class in a long time. Oh, we've had Jafar and Scar and they're totally fabulous--just not like Ratigan. *sigh* Maybe it's because his voice was Vincent Price~

It took a bit to figure out how to translate Ratigan into my style. Hopefully he looks alright~

You're take is rather interesting. It is undoubtedly Ratigan, but his face seems more mousey than originally ratty (a shorter snout than a longer rat like nose). But that's not a bad thing because it only reinforces the deception he displays. You have given him a suave yet evil face, and have made it obvious that he is still a villainous rat. The colors are glossy and flamboyant, as his personality. Overall, a successful interpretation.

Yess, Vincent Price is a wonderful actor. He makes the perfect Ratigan, no doubt. :3 Just as Jeremy Irons makes the perfect Scar.

I love how, as usual, he's Disney-ish, yet it's more in your style. Beautiful. I love the smoke. <3

You should watch it again! It's even better as an adult than as a kid. True that, true that.

It was a little tricky figuring out just how to draw dear Ratigan in my style, so I'm glad you think it worked out okay~

I love this art! You did an awesome job with Professor Ratigan! The coloring is wonderful and I like how the light from his cigarette illuminates his teeth. You capture perfectly his dapper clothing style while underneath he is a fiendish rat. He is my favorite Disney villain- it is pretty fun how he pretends to be a well-to-do mouse and he intimidates others with his cat Felicia. As a kid it was scary to see the fight between Basil and Ratigan during the final confrontation atop Big Ben. And Vincent Price is amazing! Besides Ratigan, I enjoy Price's work as Egghead from Batman and Doctor Jarvis Pym (a KAOS mad pharmacist) in Get Smart.

The Great Mouse Detective? I haven't had the chance to see that movie (oh, but how I want to!), so I don't know about a thing about this guy. He looks like a fantastic character though. Great job in drawing him, you never miss a detail, do you? Love the attitude that he projects.
