An entry for the Design a Villain contest~! And yep--Valiqa is yet another oldie but a goodie that I've brought back for The Chronicles of DRU. She's one of the villains in The Urchin and the Golem.

Valiqa's a registered Djinn under the Bankers, currently partnered with Alcaeus. She and Alcaeus get along extremely well, as they both love the dirty work they're assigned (or request). Valiqa is even more of a loose cannon than Alcaeus, and he will sometimes have to reel her in (if he feels like it)--in short, she's Evil and she loves it.
