Super early Christmas/birthday gift for a good friend of mine We've kind of grown apart this last year, for reasons I don't entirely understand, but I'm willing to wait until we can get back to having fun together. I miss her a lot, but when someone's declared war against themselves, it can be hard for them to hear sincerity from a different front. Pokemon started our friendship and has kind of been the one constant for us. This is based on a story that has a pretty kickass idea behind it, and I hope that it'll get done someday cause I'd really like to see it.

This is about %95 digital, the only thing I drew by hand were little scribble gestures. I wanted to try and do a mega-digital picture to get over some fears I have about lack of control and multiple figures. I also chose two brushes, one I hated, and one I was comfortable with, to kind of branch out as far as painting with textured brushes. I do like the effect achieved by my crazy brush. This was not so much a challenge in rendering as in experimentation.
