Description This is the cover of Tempus Fugitive, my first Gamma World setting novel. A simple and straightforward design, but I think it works. Glen Giron, aka s2ka created the art, I did the typography.

To say that I love the art is an understatement of nuclear proportions. Glen captured my characters PERFECTLY, as well as the entire setting. It's Gamma Terra all the way! I've said it before and I'll say it again: the man is a GENIUS. Which is why he's my Official Artist. No matter what the setting, Glen puts out pure epicness.

You can find all the chapters of the novel here drofdemonology.deviantart.com/…

Awesome commissioned art by s2ka

Gamma World is copyright by Wizards of the Coast, who are owned by effing Hasbro. Bollocks.

Another story I can't wait to read! Β I've seen a few Gamma World materials floating about before, but I've never personally played it. Β The concept alone tickled my fancy and the only issue I have is finding people to play it with... and I suppose also having a few of the books would be handy. Β I really look forward to what this adventure will bring for these two!

Also, this picture is equal parts awesome and adorable! Β I wonder if there is a variant of the Summon Swarm spell that can bring forth a small cluster of kittens?

Thank you so much for the kind words! Gamma World was always fun to play; if you can get a few friends around a table and a set of game books, I'm sure you'll have a grand, mutant-filled good time

I hope you enjoy the story, and thanks for the fave

As for the spell, well, I'm sure all your wizard/sorcerer would need would be to develop the variant themselves

True enough about the spell. Β I doubt any self-respecting GM would reject such a variant either.

Have to agree; this artist is amazing in capturing the characters! Β Now I'm intensely curious about what Garadun and Cera are in that world, mutation-wise; Cera's obviously gonna be the iconic cat-girl, but what about Gar? Β I remember the original edition of Gamma World fondly, and its a damn shame what Hasbro/WotC have done to it in the "modern" version they puked out.

If you ignore the pre-made "adventures" being set up as a series of fights like a tactical boardgame, the new version of Gamma World is actually pretty good. I particularily like the character creation system. If you have all 3 books, you have a ginormous amount of stuff to work with and choose from.

As for their mutations, I don't really want to give away any spoilers. But I will say this: Cera is not a cat-girl, but a long-tailed weasel girl whose mutant powers are not the stereotypical ones.

Nice! I love your writing, and Glen's art is top notch every time Garadun looks sweet as always, and is that a cat-person Cera?!?

In the world of Gamma Terra, Cera's a long-tailed weasel girl

Wow! A long-tailed weasel? That's different I didn't know that was a thing. I'll have to check out the Gamma Terra rules... I've never played it.
