Description
The idea came to me when a deviant mentioned that if I rotated my last fractal and cut off the long stick end, what would be left would resemble a crown, or a tiara. So that got me thinking of this, it wasn't as I hoped, but it is still very delicate and pretty! I wonder if people want me to make the other Sailor Scout's tiaras like this........Hmmmmmm......Edit: That's better! Usagi!

I use a fractal generating program, 'Ultra Fractal 3', there I can change the shape of the default fractal, change the colour and the colouring methods, and add cool waves and effects!
