Hmm, well considering how his leg looks and how he needs a wheelchair to get around faster, maybe a Changeling-like look with the front two legs as regular changeling legs and the back two missing- a wheeled cart is attached instead. The changeling type of face would be perfect for his long smile and teeth, but with the pre-metamorphasis form...
