In the original Attack on Titan -script yes. Just felt bad to having her killed from main Undertake cast.
It could be a alterate timeline. ( Similar way how player can reload his/her save file to go back in time. Sans & Flowey knows about time travel and save points and all that. )

So, lets see here...
We got Frisk, Papyrus, Sans, Mettaton, Undyne, Asriel and Alphys as the main cast, Toriel as the Female Titan, Asgore as the Armored Titan, Flowey the Colossal Titan, and The Ultimate God of Hyperdeath (Or whatever the name is) for the Titan Transformation.

I think Chara would be the female/mysterious titan. ( Because they were family in the game and having Asriel fight against his the best friend. )
My first thought was to make Mettaton as the Armored Titan. ( But fans wanted see him as the good guy, so I scrapted it. )
As for Toriel I was thinking her as Asriel Mother. ( Except she didn't got eaten in first Episode. )
For Asgore I didn't got any plans done.

My first thought one the Chara one would be sort of weird, considering the fact that 2 other characters besides Chara are actually unable to be told of their genders. Same goes for Chara. To be honest, that's pretty much all I got.
