how did you come up with the inspiration for this? It is fantastic! It almost looks like he is dreaming of a cruise...at least I think i see part of the hull of a ship in his forehead...so cool

Its not planned carefully like using a scanned reference sketch; it's more like an abstract puzzle without direction, creating random shapes and colors ..and at one point you see something with meaning inside the abstraction and continue to chisel that idea till looks good
