Perfect Loop
Little app that enables Dreamscene on Windows 7 is included.
Open the app choose Enable Dreamscene and right-click on unzipped clip
and choose option set as Desktop background. That's all.
If u get bored of Dreamscenes just open the app again and choose disable DS to turn it off.
Good luck and have a nice animated wallpaper.

after unzipping archive file right click the clip and there will be an option to "Set as Background"

I'm trying to enable Dreamscene but it keeps giving me an error and denying access? I am using Windows 7, is there something else I need for it to work?

Oh, never mind I just realized I needed to run it as an administrator. Problem solved!

I customised my desktop with rainmeter skins to look like the ME3 menu. Then I did a search online on the off chance someone had made a suitable dreamscene to go with it.
And this is what I found. It's perfect! All your dreamscenes are fantastic, thank you!
