Description Just me still practising forests. This used to be a speedpaint. It is not a speedpaint anymore, still I would prefer if you didn't look at the details and just stuck with the overall picture, all right?
I might add more details to it, if I feel the need to (who am I kidding, I probrably won't)
And yes the dragon does look kind of like a cow.
I am kind of proud of this. This must be the first digital picture I made with a background that satisfies me as much as the subject I drew in it. Hooray for practise!

YES. It's hard to make it right and then put your charakter (for example DragonΒ ) inside. I never know is my backgraundΒ  detailed enaught or is it too detailed.Β

I just try not to make the background more detailed than the character. Almost as detialed as the character is perfect of course, but it's still hard to pull of.Β

this is amazing! I love the contrast of the forest the trees and the one sided lighting looks amazing and really forest like. maybe you coul've add some snow on some branches on some random places. I love the dragon, but I don't think him to be a cow. more a dalmatian

It went great, I think we'll get a great mark for it.

And about photoshop, don't worry. I haven't got a clue how all those weird extra photoshoppy things work.
O well, I know a vew tricks now, but I won't put them in the tutorial, don't worry!

It is sort of cute! I like it. The forest is really nicely done, and the snow and stuff. You really seem to be good at drawing virtually everything which sort of annoys me. But in a good way. I suppose.

Thanks a lot! Yeah you're kind of right about that. I might be able to change that. I'll see what I can do.
I haven't got a clue really. Quite some time, I think 2 hours for the background and somewhat longer for the dragon, but I'm not sure.
