I think her expression looks sort of... sad, desperate. 
I love the icy-blue color-scheme, and the line-art is very pretty! You've drawn a feminine body that actually looks feminine, which I like. Too many skinny stick-like women around DA these days... Her hips and tummy are just so lovely.

This has a very nice scheme of colours... Good use of it... The nose seems a little too big? And the eyes, I think, are slightly off proportion... And somehow, it reminds me of Watery in Cardcaptor when she got frozen... (and became Icy... *sorry... lame... not funny...*) The arms seem a little too muscular to be something befitting of her... And I like the effect of the ice... Some how reminds me of Koukaiji's mother being sealed in the pillar... (You get what I mean, right?) It's a nice picture you've connocted...
