Ah, well it helps to looks at tutorials on youtube. Also, you find a picture, and just attempt to copy the hair. You'll get a ... sort of 'feel' on how drawing hair works. So just practice and practice.
I know it gets tiring to hear that, but it really works.
I guess I don't know that much though, since I'm only 14 and just started drawing last year. X'D
But, yeah. The tutorials helped me a bunch. :>
