I'm curious was there a specific reason why you choose to use the Atlantogentata hypothesis for Placentalia phylogeny? From what I understand there isn't a consensus of which two are most closely related between Boreoeutheria, Afrotheria, and Xenarthra. Also, what program are you using here?

There isn't a full consensus on what's the most accurate placement of Placentalia phylogeny. Usually the Atlantogenata is a very used interpretation and seen as plausible. I have a personal leaning to the Exafroplacentalia hypothesis, and the Epitheria hypothesis is usually disregarded, despite me finding it a possible interpretation as well... Shortly we just don't know.
