A few days ago, when I heard that they are releasing a sequel to Portal, I was so excited that I could scream aloud! Then I got an error message saying that I couldn't play portal for whatever reason! That got me so mad and inspired me at the same time to draw this error message from GLaDOS
Notice how only the YES is available for clicking

I disagree with the poison bit, the blue Personality Core lists the recipe, and there doesn't appear to have any poisonous stuff in there.

fish shaped Ethel benzine, resin, slaughter electric needle injector, cordless electric needle injector, injector needle driver, injector needle gun, cranial caps, dirt, solid waste, sediment...doesn't seem like the healthiest cake to me.
but maybe i just worded it wrong...i am not american and english is my second language.
still, i wouldn't want to eat it XD
