Splinter's pov
in the next morning, everyone was eating breakfast with out Tiffany. she was gone. I decided to look for her. I was hoping the scare from last night did not keep her up too much. I knocked on her door the answered. "My Dear, you food is getting cold." she was fixing her hair in the mirror. her hair was flat instead of having her Mohawk up. she was combing her hair over her sides. "what... are you doing?"
"trying to get rid of these annoying bald spots."
"I thought you loved your Mohawk."
"not anymore. how am I going to look with bald spots under my vial?"
"just perfect."
"well, I am determined to hide my bald sides for tomorrow."
"then it is going to be done. knowing you, you will the solution very soon." I left her to tend to her hair. must be pressures of tomorrow that is making her act strange.
later that day we were making any last changes needed. I noticed there were Easterlillies in the flower baskets for the flower girls. "My Dear," I called for Tiffany. she was looking somewhere else. "Tiffany?" she was still looking about. "Love." I tapped her shoulder. she jumped.
"what?"
"I need to know if you were allergic to Easterlillies or not. I can not remember."
"oh...well... they irritate my nose."
"will you be fine?"
"why wouldn't I be?"
"alright then."
"Tiffany," Leonardo called out to her. "can we see you?"
"what is it?"
"we need you opinion on the alter. Raph is trying to say its too girly but it is a wedding right?"
"whatever you think is best, Don."
"ummm...Leo."
"excuse me?"
"you said Don. I'm Leo."
"wow, you never mixed them up before. in fact, you never confused any of their names before." I told her.
"oh well-" she looked to the ground.
"you must be stressed from the preparations."
"yes."
after a few hours, my sons, Shifu, the ancient one, Tiffany, and myself were going over the outfits. I had a brown robe for formal occasions. my sons had suits to match their masks. Shifu had a formal robe darker then mine. I was unable to see Tiffany's dress. I was smoothing out my robe when I was being tapped on the shoulder. I turned to see Tiffany. "yes, My Dear?"
"can I see you for a moment?" she asked.
"alright, is this about the utroms and the sushi bar? the other guests now they are coming and I presume they know they are not on the menu."
"oh no, its nothing like that at all."
I followed her to an empty room. "I am guessing you heard about the flower girls?"
"this isn't about- wait.... what happened to the flower girls?"
"oh...they can not... show up. something came up."
"alright then. it doesn't matter anyway."
"really???"
"of course not. there are more important things."
"yes, the cake is not finished yet."
"that's fine."
"you are being very positive about this." I was surprised. "what was needed of me then?"
"I just need-"
"Splinter," Leonardo's voice called. "we need you for a minute."
"Tiffany," a woman's voice called. "we need you too."
"it will have to wait I am afraid." I told her.
"cant we just stay for another moment?" she asked. "its important."
"well-"
"Mikey, don't touch-" Donatello was interrupted by the sound of breaking glass.
"idiots...." Tiffany mumbled.
they opened the door. "so... something broke..." Michelangelo meekly stated.
before I could say anything, Leonardo started to guide Tiffany out of the door. she was to spend the night with a friend in a hotel until morning.
