I mean YouTube is always a good resource. Going on ArtStation and filtering for tutorials is also super useful. If you're looking at making low res models i'd look up tutorials for blender, Maya, or Modo (pick your preference) if you want to make high res pretty pictures look up tutorials for Zbrush. You can go pretty deep down the rabbit hole. If you need something more specific then let me know

If Akademi is supposed to be this big prestigious high school, then I think the last (darker) uniform works the best in that regard. But since the main goal of the game is to eliminate all your rivals while still maintaining the image of an innocent Japanese school girl, the first uniform is the best one.

It's incredible how the colors can change the atmosfere of a game isn't it?Β
Besides I prefer the last one a game with all girls in this black uniforme will make the game and Yandere-chan much more serious, like "everything is strange in this school, Β and she is suspicious", while the blue one make everything look harmonic, happy and cute, and making the character really look like a Yandere.
