Bwaha, most of that was just the lines from the actual episode.
Basically Merlin is calling Arthur 'simple'.
(Simple has quite a few meanings including: Clear and understandable, feeble-minded; not intelligent, innocent and naive, etc) I think you get the point now. It has even more meanings show here: [link]
