Description
This for my Twilight X Rarity shippers like myself. I decided to draw my two favorites in a library with Twilight catching up on Rarity's daily gossip day. I made them older but not at the end of series old as denoted by Twilight being much larger but doesn't have the wavy mane yet and Rarity's mane is starting to go gray in the middle but the dye to fix the issue did not take to it as she had hoped. Twilight is so enraptured that she's chosen to ignore the fresh books from Sunset Shimmer's world (because I based the spines of the books off real books in my library) to listen to Rarity's very enthralling tales of Ponyville. Rarity does this every week after each of the main group's counsel meetings and while Twilight appreciates the big get-together with the girls, these simple meetings with Rarity to catch up on Ponyville keep her grounded emotionally and are allowing her to go in-depth on the happenings there. These talks in Twilight's mind remind her of the letters she sent to Princess Celestia and become a great comfort. Instead of what she's learned of friendship, Rarity assists her very regal girlfriend in keeping in touch with her other friends in Ponyville so when Twilight comes to visit, she won't feel as isolated as she does in Canterlot being a princess. Twilight gets to hear about her old students moving on with their lives such as Yona becoming Rarity's protege, how Sandbar and Yona have become the power couple in Ponyville and how Gallus was training under Rainbow Dash to be a faster flier and get a strong recommendation to be in the royal guard.
