Om is the mystical sound (mantra) deriving from Hinduism and it's graphically represented by the symbol in the front cover of this mini book. The lotus flower, on the back page, is a symbol of beauty and non-attachment. It is also a symbol of the chakras, the energy centers of the body.

Thank you Perhaps I'll make a tutorial in the future, to show how I make these miniature books. I use leather and "aged" paper to make the book, then I draw the symbol and add details, like the gem etc. It takes 2-3 days to make one of these, as there are various stages (inks and glue need to dry etc).
