Andy is a strange fellow who wanders the stars, popping in on the lives of many in order to hawk his strange wares. He mostly sells absurdly useless bootleg junk, exotic pets, and other amusing but worthless trash. However, if encountered in a dark alley or cave, one can shop at his shady black-market storefront, where he sells forbidden magic tomes, special potions, and other actually useful items.
