bio: Once a young pranster he looked up to uzamaki naruto since a former prankest could be so great he followed in his footsteps. he was the first in his age group to learn to use spacial manipulation the same thing used for rasengan. Yuu applied this to a ball of chakra under his feet and used them to skate on so he could leave any one who chased him in the dust, but he could never master the rasengan. the wind skate as he calls it is a lower level and will desperse if something goes through it (some one throws a shuriken through it). Yuu also has a perverted side his other hero is the legendary ero sannin jiarya

Custom weapons:HURRICANE BOARD-a special board that Yuu uses to skate on to save on chakra use the board breaks apart by pulling the release handle and becomes duel swords

Jutsu:shadow clone jutsu,leaf hurricane,

Custom jutsu:1-WIND SKATE-a jutsu using spatial manipulation to create a ball of wind under each foot to increase speed the user uses a roller blade type movement to control him/her self DRAWBACK is its weak to attacks something going through it will disperse it
LEAF BLADED HURRICANE-while using wind skate the user will jump and kick in the fashion of the leaf hurricane but will use shape manipulation in mid-air to create a 1 foot blade out of the wind skate on each foot to get a cutting double kick DRAWBACK is turning blades back into wind skate is impossible so the wind skate will disperse upon landing or the blades would stick into the ground and pin the user their until wind skate is formed once again but doing so is a huge drain on chakra and stamina due to constant form changing
