Description
A gift from the heavens to any life that falls asleep and enters the realm where anything can happen. Mezmerelda lives among the clouds donning a gown made of fallen stars and hair of rainbows. She watches over all those asleep creating scenarios, ideas, and even new worlds from people's imaginations and hopes.

She isn't human but often likes to take the form of a beautiful woman. Although she does her best to personally control all dreams to the preferred direction of dreamers, sometimes she's off and dreams take wild turns, sometimes even dark ones. Once dreams take this dark turn they end up in the control of Mezmerelda's sister - she who controls nightmares. Sometimes Mezmerelda can regain control of these, but more often than not, they are lost.

This idea came to me while listening to Led Zep's 'Ramble On', specifically the quote "Gotta find the queen of all my dreams".
