I finally finished this picture. I hope the excessive colors don't damage your eyes.The main flaw with this picture is that I made her too thin around the waist. And the shape of her muzzle doesn't coincide with the rest of the pictures I've drawn of her. If you want a reference of this character, check any of my other Tina pictures.

I just have a few comments on anatomy:
Either her ribcage is too short or her torso is too long, and I feel like her abdomen should be fleshed out a bit more, to suggest more volume actually make room for her stomach. Also, one of the shadows on her arm is making the deltoid look kinda square, and the black mark under her eye would most likely curve with the snout irl. I also notice she has no eyebrows or brow ridge, and the forehead seems a little tall for someone of the canine persuasion. Finally, please please PLEASE don't cut off your characters at the knees- that kind of compositional mistake saps them of what could have been a powerful presence.
Apart from that, I don't buy her outfit, unless there's a hot tub at that party or the weather is unseasonably warm, and I feel like the lighting on the character should be more dim, based on how dark the background is.
Other than my previous comments, though, I see no issues here.
