Scenario: The Happy Mask Salesman travels far from Termina, past an area on the outskirts of Ikana Valley. He finds an ancient temple, a place where dark worship once took place. Deep tunnels burrow through the ruins, telling a macabre tale of ancient feuds and desperate greed. Looking upon the evil mask, he feels the temptation once more. So much power, that compelling force...he tears his eyes away from the eyes of the mask. Throwing the demonic relic into the chasm of darkness, he feels the weight lifted off his shoulders. He watches that 'thing' shatter, breaking into pieces. He turns away, the future looking brighter. The Happy Mask Salesman forces the smile back onto his face, trying to grin against the truth. Trying to imagine that he hadn't seen that glow in its eyes.
