A fusion of ultimate snare-oh and ultimate big chill. Both ultimates a made from rzgmon200, the fusion is from me.

Abilities:
-Has more bandages to peel off and can stretch even more.
-His bandages are covered with a sacred balm that makes them water-approve and fire-approve
-Can create non-physical copies of himself to mislead his opponent.
-Can use his bandages to attach to his victim to control its mind.
-Can shed his body into various paper insects to form a swarm of insects.
-Can spread each bandage on his body and form a wall.
-Being reduced to individual bandages, it can slide through small spaces.
-His bandages regenerate faster.
-Can survive in the vacuum of space.
-Can disarm his body to cushion falls.
-Is strong enough to immobilize ultimate fourmungousar.
-Being immune to water, it can breathe under this.
-Can climb walls.
-Is able to lift a vaxasaurian.
-Their bandages can withstand lasers.
-Can see in the dark.
-The ice that spits is now so cold that it burns.
-Can spit plasma rays with the appearance of flames that consume the heat of what they touch and use that energy to burn and instantly turn their enemies and around them into solid ice
-Can fire flames from his hands that turn to blue ice when hit a target
