In the USA MOST little girls at one time or the other receive a jewelry box that when opened - a ballerina pops up and spins while the music plays...Hence the name Childhood

you really do - I learned everything i know manipping pics of myself because I knew how I wanted to look - and I did it over and over and over again and still do from time to time when I try something new.

im serious - the photography is AMAZING - I have a camera and a set of eyes but can't do anything more than your typical snapshot - I don't lie to make people feel better - it's not in my make-up.

Your gallery is stunning and wonderful to be lost in. Thank you for creating such storybook pieces...they've made me smile. Just a question...if you ever did something around the caterpillar from ASlice in Wonderland, what would he/it be like? I ask because i think you'd be able to pulloff something truly magical with the character. Anyway...Namaste

no I havent but I wouldnt mind trying something new - the only problem with that is copyright infringement - I wouldnt be able to use it for anything else except to email it to you which I would do - have u a site of these images...?

I dont have a website of images at all actually, just that i reread AiW recently and when i saw your work i thought of it. See no one has managed to capture him in visual form the way i think hes intended - the same for the rabbit actually so its interesting that you mentioned it. thanks for the link ill check it out.

mwahaha...mine is soooooo pink!...i think it's more kiddie-ish then the type you're talking about...urs seems so...magical and...surreal...well that's what the pic says...but mine is pretty cool...it's got minnie and she's got magnets under he feet and so she twirls around and does these pretty cool twirls on the glass...but yeah sure...my webbie is down but when i get it up...i'll take a pic for sure!!!! i totally loved ur pic and so did my friend...

Not much on ballerinas, but this is a very good piece of photo manipulation. With that one detail that I find eerie for this picture, last minute or even lazy- the strings. They look too rough, I can even see the pixels, all it needs is to be softened that's all. Beautiful, nonetheless. ^__^

you really don't have to, but i like the style of this one (maybe my eye-sight is falling) it seems really smooth and it's rather obvious that you've used a pencil or like to draw that... Well best of luck on the your next project *knock on wood*
