Description Cupid has grown up far from those infant days of prancing around with that cute baby fat help love blossom where it was struggling to take root. Well, he's seen too much love gone bad and can speak of it first hand. He's cheated and been cheated on and knows the broken and cracked hearts well. And this Valentine he's begun to have fun in a dark sadistic, twisted way. Cupid's followers are short today, care to take an arrow and help fill in the ranks? He's ready to share some love. Don't worry, the arrow doesn't hurt much, but his love... well, that's something else entirely.

haha thanks. I was trying for some different technique back then and it worked out. I hope I did learn something from it.
I tend to be very thick headed so it takes many tries to get the hang of things.

I've actually thought about doing a series of Gods and Godesses. And, I've been thinking more about it lately. So, I'm probably going to do it but when that will happen is another question. But, keep your eyes open and stay tune. Thanks!

I've already started the Thor piece a few weeks ago. Been putting a few hours a week. Got more time on my hands now while between jobs so hoping to finish this next week to get it in early. Stay tuned.

Nice linework. The triangle composition reminds me of some of Frazetta's throne works; the wings are maybe a bit too dark cutting off the lower left of the canvas but that might be a taste thing.
