LOL..Don't be baffled..It is a combination of a high f-stop and fast shutter with a polarizing filter attached.. The problem was more from the ground fog than the sun..The sun was making the fog look like one big huge light!..lol By the time I had that under control I was loosing definition in the foreground... That filter helps a lot..Thanks Heather....Dennis

LOL...Lets see...I live at Lake Tahoe in the most beautiful vacation land there is..It seems the other way is better?...lol I don't get to So Cal to much but I am planing a few trips to the Bishop area this spring... I want to photograph the Owens River Gorge and I climb in there ...I may make it as far as Joshua Tree National Monument but that is a very slight chance..If it works out lessons are free and their value is always a bit vague!....Other wise I can help both here and at ducilla@ducilla.com.... Now ,all you need to do is teach me to draw stick figures !..lol
