Description
The mysterious bomber injures Kara when she was out at lunch. The attack cost her, her arm at the shoulder and reconstruction of three ribs, and her shoulder. She was told that she would never be able to do what she loved most again. She refused and several doctors teamed up with her to rebuild the damaged skeleton and fuse her prosthetic shoulder and arm.. and have it connected to her nervous system. Her chances of full success were slim but she did not care, without her abilities with machines..

The operation was a success at the conclusion she was dipped into a solution that simulated mix of oxygenated amniotic fluid. This therapy would last for a couple months, allowing the prosthetic to successfully attach and attune to her nervous system. At least, that is what they told Ashling; In truth, she had no clue what they did to her.. she just only cared about the results. She wanted her best friend back.

Months have passed since the horrific attack and Ashling's favorite Tomato Head was free and moving. Kara was barely held up by the shorter woman and a sentimental moment passed between them and Ashling finally exhaled with relief for the first time in months. Kara was now on the road to recovery.
