First of all, I think you should invest in a tablet~
Not that there's anything wrong with traditional, but creating art digitally gives you a lot more freedom.
Anyway, I would look into learning about how to use references ([link] ) and start practicing using different poses and fleshing out your style. You have something good going, but step out of your comfort zone a little c:
