Wow, been some time since I last uploaded Friendship is Magic fanart, isn't it? I've been focusing so much on my own projects recently I haven't had the inspiration to do any pieces of FIM fanart for a while, but here we go with one I've been hoping to do for a while now.

Shortly after I finished watching the 2017 film, a headcanon I've had is that Grubber (a character I've recently grown more partial towards ), with his love for cake, becomes a pastry chef after the end of the film, so here he is working at Sugarcube Corner under Mrs Cake's tutelage (I was originally planning to draw Mr Cake, but I didn't want the picture to get too crowded ), with Pinkie Pie and Fizzlepop Berrytwist trying some for themselves. (I also wanted an opportunity to draw Fizzy wearing the awesome getup she wears in the series finales. ) I get the feeling that following the end of the film where Pinkie takes a shine to 'Tempest Shadow''s real name that the too would get along.
