Well gang, I thought I introduce to you the Monsters of the Day for my hypothetical 48th Super Sentai Series, The Jyarei Monsters

In the original source Anime, The Jyarei Monsters were also the MotD who were sent out by a Big bad to destroy the Novel Pole which keeps the floating island of Mugen (The home of the Eto Rangers) suspended in the sky via infiltrating the various Novel Worlds that make up said Pole to bring them ruin (Via changing the Novel World into a parody of itself and/or interfering with the story while disguising themselves as other people, often characters in the original story) which would cause Mugen to fall into the ocean below if not fixed.

For my take, The Jyarei are created by infecting either Animals or Objects with a Jyarei Spirit (Which lead to 2 different classes of Jyarei Minsters: Biotic & Abiotic (Or in laymen's terms: Organic & Inorganic). In the 2nd half of the Series, A hybrid of the 2 would appear which combines elements of Both Animal and Object (SEE DYNAMAN's MECHAVOLUTION BEASTS & JETMAN'S BIO-DIMENSION BEASTS FOR REFRENCE)

Height: 187 cm (Giant: 44.8 m)
Weight: 206 kg (Giant: 515.0 tons)
Infection Object: An Octopus

Known Abilities

Being based on an Octopus, Octo Jyarei has the following abilities:
*Ink: Like most cephalopods, Octo Jyarei is capable of firing ink from its mouth either as a mist for escape or as an offensive long range attack in the form of a Spray or Round Spheres with an oxygen span of 280c (Aprox. 536f). The ink is capable of Blinding & stinging anyone who is struck by it or explode on contact
*Regeneration: Octo Jyarei is capable of quickly regenerating his tentacles after being severed

Arsenal

Tentacles: Octo Jyarei is capable of using his tentacles for Mele Combat.

Weakness(es)

Cooldown: Due to the high temperatures of his ink from firing it in Sphere form, Octo Jyarei has to retreat to a nearby water source to cool himself down (as his stomach overheats from producing more of the ink).

Extreme Heat: In relation to the cooldown weakness, If Octo Jyarei does not cool off or is exposed to extremely high temperatures (Namely an Eto Buster firing a beam of Solar Energy via the Boar Medal or The Boar medal being used in an Eto Bracer to create a Beam of light equivalent to the sun), He would be incapable of fighting properly

Jars: Due to his design basis, Octo Jyarei has a thing for jars (IE: Going inside them)

Sadler's Notes: The Octo Jyarei is the first Jyarei Monster to be based on one of the original JMs from the source Anime (Diamond Jyarei is a technicality, but the source basis was more crystal than Diamond)
