Description I'm kinda disappointed at how this came out. Heh, experimenting didn't go so well this time! I'm submitting it anyway cause it took me bloody long to do. hmph. I'll consider scrapping it eventually.

Old picture photoshopped. Flower (?) on the face was in the original photo. I think it's a somewhat creative deviation altogether, but meh. Better luck next time.

The photoshop work in the hair and over the eye that gradually fades into photography makes this feel like a painting slowly coming to life; like the moon caused this to happen.

I know this is kind of a stock response, but I really like the expression. It looks like love to me. I didn't really notice the flower right away.

Yeah, to me the expression makes up for a lot of other flaws. The eye's got a dreamy look to it eh

very beautiful but I feel it would look much better with a different flower design (and a slightly different hairstyle but forget about that one, thats just my preference, not opinion (or something like that (I lose track of what I mean half the time (uh oh...too many brackets)))) dont ask me what flower though (doubt you would have asked anyway ) I would make a terrible florist

lol, you might be right about the flower and the hair. The flower was in the original pic and I worked with what I had. As for the hair, dull bangs were the easiest to draw in (with a mouse). A more complicated and "elegant" hairstyle require extra photoshop talent that I don't have

I really like it. You shouldn't scrap it. Also, another good title would be "Dark Goddess". "Flower Child" also came to mind, but it just doesn't sound as good.
