One of the oldest, and most powerful beings in the universe. He's surprisingly passive. Legends state that his kind was wiped out in a war against the Gods... Now he tries to get things done through intimidation. He'll threaten various galactic tyrants to watch themselves, but has never once actually done anything about those who go against his wishes. This just leads to many not taking him seriously.
A being with immense, terrifying power, who refuses to use it.

He also typically refers to people by made up titles. Again, unclear if it's a quirk of his people, or him specifically
