2006 Scanner ate up most of the colors!!!!
I drew each scout separately them compiled them together into this one large image. That is why Jupiter and Venus' colors are richer, and Luna is brighter than the rest. :/
I colored their eyes with the colors from the anime.
Drawing chibis are so fun. Luna is my favorite

No they are not included in the Live Action series. Only Luna, turned into human form as Sailor Luna.

Yes Luna is in the Live Action series. When the Princess's light touched her (cat form), she can transform into human (little girl) and then also has powers and transforms into a sailor scout. I think Sailor Luna was made to replace Sailor Chibiusa in the series.

Cute! I wish they'd do a sequel series with the Outers... PGSM was so well done, I'm so sad we didn't get to see their take on ALL of the senshi!

But she is very adorable nontheless, design-wise and personality-wise
"In Act 26 of the series, Luna gains the ability to turn into a young human girl, given the name Luna Tsukino, and is able to become a Sailor Senshi. Her personality as a human girl is essentially identical to her normal self, except that she has a mild obsession with sweet foods and behaves more like a real cat, in that she runs from dogs and is easily distracted by toys. She also has heightened hearing and is able to move extremely quickly. Luna involuntarily transforms back into a plushie under certain circumstances such as sneezing, taking a direct attack from an enemy, or falling unconscious.
By dialing 6-7-2 on her Lunatia S (a special cell phone) and shouting "Luna Prism Power, Make up!" she can transform into Sailor Luna, the "Soldier of Love and Small Things."[8] In this form she uses a special attack called "Luna Sucre Candy" which bombards an enemy in exploding sweets. Her main weapon is a "candy" wand, which looks similar to Sailor Moon's "Moon Stick" and which she can transform into various other objects, such as a paper fan or a butterfly net."
