Description Congratulations To for winning the OC comic challenge. Here is her entry [link]
The reason i chose her picture is because of the amount of work i saw in it, specifically the Shading and lighting techniques, along with a bright character to go with a bright background

in second place was for [link]
the clever title was funny, and the situation equally so

and in third place was for [link]
The dark atmosphere, along with some interesting use of the brush and smudge tools made for a damn scary awesome picture.
