Years ago, Barugar Ashmouth had nothing but his gaseous fire breath and a desire to take over the realm. But as the years went on with only a small tribe of goblins and kobolds to his name, he lost his drive to conquer, and settled for receiving the frequent offerings the goblins would provide to delay Barugar's wrath. Now he is only half the dragon that he used to be-- or twice the dragon, depending on how you see things.

This guy will be one of the main NPCs for a future TTRPG that I might want to run. It will be a light-hearted evil campaign that's more "Saturday morning cartoon" than it would be something like Warhammer. I might decide to give these sketches some lineart and color one of these days.
